Freedom 25 24vDC/24vAC and Basic Remote
 

Hi,

I have a F25 and have just purchased the basic remote - and they appear
not to have got around to making the 24v remote like the 12v remote.
When I plug in the remote using a 4 core RJ11 cable there is nothing -
no LEDs and the F25 behaves as if the remote is not there. I
understand that there are 2 types of RJ11 cable - a straight connected
and a pin to pin rollover - ie pin 1 to pin 4 etc. Mine is the latter
- anyone know if this is the correct cable????
