When traveling by air you must have a visa (for countries that do not have
exemption for your nationality) but when you travel by boat it may not always be easy to get the visa before entering the country. Is there exemption for visa requirement for boaters? Gabriel |

yep. I'm Swiss, went to the USVI by boat from the BVI, needed a visa.
