Lengths 25 feet and up? Thanks, Peter There is no such list. Almost any boat could be considered an offshore cruiser if fitted out properly. People have crossed the Atlantic in sub-twelve foot boats. You are better off if you don't start out with a total crapper like a Coronado, or similar. A friend of mine circumnavigated a couple of years ago in an old Pacific Seacraft Orion 27.
