Refit project Manager

Help needed with partial refit

We live aboard a 40' steel sailboat in Daytona Beach, FL. The boat is
English built (1994) and has all English systems (220v AC, 24V DC,
etc.). My wife and I plan to take off cruising in a couple of years.
We both are working a lot of hours to build the cruising kitty.

We need to have a partial refit now, but because we both work so much,
neither of us have to time to proficiently oversee the project. The
immediately needed projects include: removal of teak decks and
replacement with non-skid, bottom job, windlass replacement, rust
removal and refinishing (both interior and exterior), painting of
exterior, new waste-water systems, resealing of pilothouse windows,
refurbishment or replacement of cockpit wood, refurbishment or
replacement of portholes, possible energy-efficient upgrade of
refrigeration and possibly adding central Air Conditioning.

It seems the best way to accomplish this would be to hire a competent
project manager to assign and oversee the work, and to represent our
interests therein. I'm looking for advice on how to find such a
person, and you help will be appreciated.

Thanks!
