Default Cruis'n'Carry Repair

Does anyone know of an outboard motor repair facility in the vicinity of
New York City where I can get my Cruise'n'Carry outboard repaired? I
could probably do it myself but the prop (aluminum) is frozen to the
shaft (steel) and I can't dismantle the lower unit where the problem is.
