PUR 80 Watermaker

Looking for a con rod for the crankcase of the PUR 80 watermaker. The
pin has elongated the small end hole to such an extent that is creates
a knock when in operation.
We are in Thailand but any supplier would be great.

Find a machinist and have him "bush the hole". Shouldn't cost you
very much, and I know that there are machine shops in Thailand.

OK choice, and no matter what you do, consider maybe re-pin too.
Wear should be on both parts if material selection was reasonable in the
original rod & pin.
Pin won't be smooth and the new joint will wear quickly (at least more
quickly).

Only problem is that the small end has stress fractures that may cause
a larger problem is re-bushed
