I will bet $100 that you will like this boat. We sold hundreds of this boats
and everyone was surprised with its quality. But following your advise, I
probably will increase price by $500 just not too sound so good.

My experience with Inflatable is the following,

In the Charter business for the first 10 years , we used inflatables. They , to
a t, would go to heck in a year or so in the Florida keys sun.

Kinda kept me away.

Almost everything goes to heck after a year in the Florida Keys sun.

Sterling has been there longer than that.

Hypalon coating is the only way to go, and even that needs to be kept
covered when not in use.

I agree with you about the keys sun.in my business, in this local. rubber boats
will not pay off.

Don't know the practicality of covering a boat all the time.

On a different subject, are you familiar with "Rocky Channel" going
north from the Marathon area? It looks like it has deeper water than
Spanish Channel which is a little further west. Rocky Channel has no
navigational aids however which means that you would need to rely
strictly on the accuracy of the charts and/or eyeball navigation.

Does anyone ever go through there, and if so, is it OK for 5 1/2 feet
of draft? If the chart can be believed, it looks like you could carry
7 fet of draft through there all the way up to the gulf.
