Remember when some folks here were so worried about Lightsquared wireless
signals interfering with GPS reception. Well, it looks like there is no
longer any need to.

This is just another example of Politics getting in the way of
Engineering, only the Engineers finally Won One... The Old FCC, before
the Politicos took over, would have NEVER, done it in the first place.

Unfortunately it's not over until it's over. The creditors,
investors and bankruptcy trustees are all likely to be jockeying for
position for years to come. This was only round # 1.

Maybe only Round 1, but the Band allocation has been recinded, so GPS is
SAFE, from these Yahoos, and now they can jus fight out who gets what is
left of the Company. Actual Investors will get a FEW PENNIES on each
dollar they invested. Obummer will still get to keep his PAC MONEY, and
the Lawyers will get the rest... whatever is left. couldn't happen to a
Nicer bunch of Folks.... except for the Obummer PAC folks... they made
out like Bandits.... Crap....
