Hey, if they can't pay for it, why not.

Can't do that if your home is paid off. Just like the fable of the
Three Pigs. In good times pay off the note, so in bad times you don't
have to worry about it. A little wisdom goes a long way.

Fact is many are just debt welshing turnips, boot them out.

If there is something wrong with the system, it is because they should
have never qualified for a loan in the first place. Credit was given
too easily to far too many that don't understand the first thing of
debt/credit. But it pandered to their greed and stupidity.

Might I suggest a legalized and licensed process for debt? You get debt
up to $5,000 and no license required. But if you want big loans like a
home, like a drivers license you have to quality and pass a test.

And some strict laws on banks involved in lending. For example, illegal
to loan to bankrupt people until either their debts are paid off or 10
years pass.

So how much do you owe? Or already foreclosed?

I can't help it fleabaggers don't like reality. Until you have your
mortgage paid off, your in effect a renter of the property with
presumably some equity in it, as the property is chattel to the loan.

You truly own your own home when it is free and clear of debt. In the
mean time, you pay interest (sort of rent) to the bank for the monitary
advance in its acquisition.

While I know this escapes fleabaggers, it is the way it is for a reason.

Ahh, in addition to your ignorance about economics and geopolitics,
you're delusional, too.

Usually people with a low respect for debt have in fact been a misuser
of debt.

So again, how much do you owe? And are you a foreclosure veteran?

Now you're a pseudo-psychologist? You apparently have *no* credentials
or background or experience in any of the areas in which you pontificate.

As I stated, you have no credentials that qualify you for your mindless,
repetitive posts on politics, economics, geopolitics and now, psychology.

You're just another wordy right-wing gasbag.
