bnot really. all it takes is i have:

24 foot palstic boat
2 cats ocassional 8 yo and several zolof hazed passangers 50-65 yo
obease resting heart rate of 90bpm yet consider themself strong
swimmers and able sailors.
ya know somthing like that.
