Did you bother to _read_ the banana boat post??

A: This is the old guy whose privacy was protected.

B: Neal was the owner before leaving it to him. Neal left him the
boat and the house.

C: His brother (Neal's) was the CSO. He bought the house. Neal and
he and the old guy lived there. Both Neal and brother are dead.
