CAPN 8.3 Registration - Activation
 

I purchased a version of this in Jan 08 but since then there have been many
changes in the support area. How does one contact either Maptech or The
Capn folks to get the software registered, activated, etc., following a
re-install?

You should have saved your activation key. I wrote mine with a sharpie on
the install CD.

Depending on how sophisticated the program is about hiding or encrypting,
you might very well be able to find the activation key by using regedit
and
examining the registry keys relating to that program. I know of at least a
few programs where that's all it takes to find the key.
