How do you mist, spray, or whatever they call it ........ to the spark
plugs?

They refer to it as "fogging" - simply remove the spark plugs, spray
Fogging Oil into each spark plug hole and then re-install the spark
plug. It's as simple as that. You'll normally find instructions on
the can of Fogging Oil. Good luck.
