help with sailcut

hello
i would like to make a main sail like this:
http://www.ikarus342000.com/ECOpage.htm

and i want to use sailcut.
here is my questions:
1. what width of the stripes that compose the sail, do you recommend?
2. "twist angle head/ foot" , for your experience, what value should i
use?
3.what "LP" next the diagonal lenght means?
4.how do you distribute the depth on the base, the middle and the head of
the sail
5. what roaches do you usually use in a marconi rig?

thanks everybody

fair wind

Domenico
