Resin not hardening

I failed to mix the resin and hardener in the right proportion. Now I
have spots on my hull that the resin is not hardening. Do I have any
recourse other than removing the resin and matting and starting all
over?

If it is epoxy, forget it.
If polyester, then sooner or later it will harden.
