I want to build a small wooden boat. It need a historical outlook and I want
to sail with it. Is there a sort of manuel so that I can start building?

There are hundreds of books and plans available. Try searching the
archives of this group for "build sailing dinghies" or some such, look
at the WoodenBoat.com website, search engines are wonderful, should keep
you busy for the next week.
