About five years ago, I bought a large amount of BS 1088 Okume plywood, the
good stuff. The best price, delivered to southern Indiana was from Boulter plywood. When I got it, the plywood had stickers showing it came from Israel. Given the politics of the region, Massachusetts might or might not be closer to Turkey than Israel, but it is a beautiful product. I was quite satisfied with Boulter http://www.boulterplywood.com/ even though the trucking firm "delivered" it to a loading dock some three feet above the deck of the low boy trailer I'd brought to haul it home. It was "wrapped" with fine grade fir plywood and the drop/slide operation did no damage. Sounds like the same stuff that I got, only I think that I got it from Harbor Sales. Trees harvested in Africa, plywood milled in Israel, plywood sold and used in the US. Mine was BS-1088 Sapele and it was the finest ply that I've ever had the pleasure to use. Brian D "derbyrm" wrote in message news:_2ZTf.876195$xm3.534608@attbi_s21...
