Kerry the failed leader, already...
 

So, days after his damning testimony in congress describing murder,
rape, et al. John Kerry admitted that he "actually did not witness
these atrocities". Soooooo, did Kerry indict thousands of vets on
hearsay, did he outright lie, or did he really see these actions and
fail to do his duty as an officer and not report it?
