I am an electronics engineer but my passion has always been the design
and building of sailboats. Does anyone know if there are universities
(in the UK, Germany, France,... ) offering distance learning courses
(kind of post-graduation or Masters) on this subject (English) ?

Try the Westlawn Institute of Marine Technology at www.westlawn.edu and
the MacNaughton Yacht design School at
www.macnaughtongroup.com/school.htm. Both are distance learning and
very good. The Westlawn School is owned by the ABYC and is recognized
by SNAME.
