Default Building a nuclear submarine

I've enjoyed all the replies to this OP, but somewhat seriously, has any
one built a personal sized SUB, say 4 person cap. With a max dive depth
of say 40 feet or so, this should be do able, no?

Try this one. ;-)

Now the Phoenix is a class act. And at only $78M it is a bargain. Beware
of the advertising though, I know from experience that at depths greater
than 450ft it is still possible to enjoy the gentle rolls of a nice north
Pacific storm, say 30+ degrees each way. You may ride out a bit of a blow
but the bad ones will get you anyway.

We were at 400 ft and taking 40+ degree rolls in the "Med", long, long ago
in the "Cold War.".

I did a short stint with Perry Oceanographics (as a programmer).

I may still have some of the drawings for one of the subs.

I believe Michael Jackson now owns the plans (and perhaps the real
thing) to the Fab 4's Yellow Submarine and would probably consider
selling, although I don't know if it is nuclear powered (have heard
it was converted to a 'little boys' engine system).
