Who sells R.D Culler plans? George Kelly used to but I seem to remember that
they where all sold to some museum. Any help appreciated.

Not sure, but I think it was Mystic Seaport . . . they do have a website,
but I don't have it right at hand.

Worth dropping them an 'e-note' . . . if they don't have them, they could
probably tell you who does.
