Newbie restoration information question...

Hi all,

I've been looking for a newsgruop that deals with restoration or that
type of information. I have located a 26 foot Ventnor made in Egg
Harbor, ME that is in excellant condition, but needs a lot of help.
It is powered with a 8 cylinder diesel that you can eat dinner off of
- I couldn't believe how clean it was.

Anyway, I would like to indentify this boat with rudimentary
information available - I figured a marine restoration newsgroup would
be the place, but I can't find one.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Tom, Scotty from right down the road a bit. Anyway, you might want
to start with classic boatworks of Maine at:
http://classicboatworksofmaine.com/
They might be able to steer you in the right direction.
