I would check it out.. You could have a thermostat stuck open, that would not allow proper water pressure to build up. It's 2005 so I would guess it's under warranty, I would head on back to a dealer and have them check it out, you can not depend on the “stream” alone as an indication everything is ok.. Yamaha's have a spring & plunger that regulates the pressure in the head and I have them stuck, usually do to corrosion..
