two part solvent based resin (kop coat or similar)

Does anyone have experience with Kop Coat brand (or similar) two part
epoxies? It's a solvent based epoxy, one part is the pigmented resin and the
other is toulol and other solvents.

I have a high gloss 1:1 epoxy kit with minimal instructions.

My question is how long do I wait to recoat?

Thanks

-Tom
