does any one know if you can fill holes in outdrive legs from osmosis from

Osmosis is the tendency of solutions to dilute the solution with the
higher salt concentration with the solution on the other side of a
porous membrane. Hope you don't have fresh water in your outdrive
lower! But minor porosity (though non-osmotic) should be fixable
with a fresh coat of paint: the pressure deltas are not huge.
