@news01.roc.ny: In article , Gregg wrote: I thought this might be of interest to someone looking for rot resistant wood. snipped the same old.... A year and 6 days ago you posted very similar mild rant snipped Some people are slow learners - I didn't want to post again until I learned how to spell. - it's the same wood - there was no rush to get rid of it -besides, nobody has had the time to tear down the tanks (it's not an easy job). It would be a lot faster and easier to go in with a back hoe and a bulldozer, but since he wasn't in urgent need of the space... He wanted to try to sell off most of the tanks. Gregg From what you wrote last year it sounds like sweet wood and my purpose was not really to flame you. Hasn't anything happened with this wood in the last year? Perhaps you could have just prefaced this with something like: "hey remember this stuff I was talking about last year? Well it's still available." etc... Perhaps post a pic somewhere, a testimonial from a satisfied buyer, something. If the first announcement goes nowhere why go at it again a year later with exactly the same pitch? Also I should have put a smiley after the spelling crack. Jeff "dreaming of a Tolman" |
