Gulfstar 43 trawler...how to remove shelf?

Anyone have info on how to remove the shelf in the aft stateroom?
I've got a leaky port which has damaged the teak paneling and I need
to remove the shelf in order to replace the paneling. Hoping I don't
have to destroy pieces in order to get it off. Thanks.
