Default Depth at Cut at Intersection between Clear Lake Channel and Houston Ship Channel

Anyone know if the cut at the intersection between Clear Lake
Channel and the Houston Ship Channel into Trinity bay will
allow a 5 foot draft boat through (at mean low water tide)?
