We are indeed winning.

It is the Democrats that are telling our troops, "You have failed, you
cannot get the job done".

Our troops voluntarily go into danger and all Democrats can tell them is
that they are a disappointment to Americans.

I am not disappointed with our troops. They are doing an outstanding job and
getting it done with limited resources and manpower.
