All seven are ready to be welded in. This one is the largest and will
be center aft. It's big enough to escape thru, unless you are as out
of shape and fat as Bubbles. Has 1.25" thick armored glass.

You going to weld them in? interested in the process. What will they
be welded in with? What paint do you use after welding?

Watch out for the undercut, that's where the problems start.

I hope you've fabricated a substantial prop for that monster. If it falls
on a body part it'll probably severe something important.

Here's an amusing mental image: Bubbles stuck halfway in/out of that
porthole.

Thats the point, have no escape from the aft cabin except the
wheelhouse, if it's on fire, or underwater it's nice to have another
way out, plus should provide a nice breeze with it open.

No, my welding not good enough. Going to hire dream work
fabrications, he's going to use a stick welder, also going to weld on
new anoids. After welding and priming will use a 2 part epoxy barrier
then top coat with rustolium. The welder is excellent and has
experience with steel hulls, he just finished some work here in a
german steel hull.

A hook on the overhead tapped thru the mahogany into a stringer for
the big one, all the others are 8" and these neet anchor hook attach
to the overhead.
