When I heard about the VT shootings, I said to my buddy,
''you watch, there will be all kinds of assholes using this
tragedy to tout their stupid 'gun control' mantra.

More likely they were not running for office. Bob Schieffer, on CBS this
AM, pointed out that even the VT shootings probably won't invoke much
rhetoric among candidates running for president. Gun control advocacy is a
death knell for politicians, apparently.

because of his stance on gun control. But the proof is in the pudding. See
