Great! You got it back and refitted since the drug runners stole it, and US
Customs confiscated it?

It was in really sad looking shape, with the interior completely gutted like
that. I guess the bullet holes have been patched?

passagemaking cruising boat. And you should certainly have more &
better ground tackle than a single Danforth.

They're not as fast as the Schock 35 (especially downwind in light/
moderate... but then the S35 is a masthead), but they are good sailing
& relatively roomy boats. They've held up pretty well, better than
most of the production boats of that era.
