Default Why do those who live where there's snow and ice....

What do those who own sailboats but live "up north" where they can sail only a couple
months out of the year do during the winter months but go stir crazy? It looks to me like
most of this newsgroup lives in climes where sailing is not possible most of the time. Is
that the reason the joint is dripping with hostility?

I think it would be more sensible to have a hobby one could enjoy the year around.

Speaking of enjoy. I invite you to visit Ted's of Beverly Hills where you will find
culinary enjoyment every day of the year. At Ted's we care about your eating pleasure
day in and day out.

I'd like to personally invite Thom Stewart for a complimentary meal. Our steak is so
tender it can even be gummed with pleasure.

I'm Ted Bell!

the key word here is 'hobby'. Sailing is a hobby for a lot
of us, not a way of life, as for others. Sailing is but one
of many hobbies I enjoy.

Got no smarts there, Max? Ted Bell's referring to the fact that Old Thom probably
has no teeth left in his mouth. So when he eats he uses his gums. Get it? What a RETARD!

Default Why do those who live where there's snow and ice....new Neal?

harry harris,

IS THAT YOU NEAL!? It is a ???? but it sure beats the hell out of that
"Drag-Queen ****" you were pulling on us.
I'm sure you'll give yourself up soon enough with your opinionated views
with the primaries starting.

Definitely a big improvement; not any where near as good as Neal Warren
but better

Not to worry Max,
I have all my teeth except for two in the front that were knocked out by
a slipped Pipe Wrench.

Also got all my own hair, which I cut myself for the last 15 years
