A nice little starter home. Two bedrooms, one bath, tiny kitchen, and that
ugly Tribeca parked outside because there is only a one-car garage.

Is that really his house? I see the Vagina mobile on the side there. The
cars are worth more than the house. It looks like the kind of house that
white trash would live in. Any cars on cinder blocks out back? Low
maintenance lawn eh? I thought he would do better.

Dumpster = last minute renovation.

Notice the driveway slopes down to the house.

I can smell mold and rot just from the pictures. Nothing is worse than a
fixer upper that the previous owner fixed up just to sell.

I still have a hard time believing he bought that place. I thought he was
much smarter than that.

Hopefully Charlie Morgan will offer some good advice. Charlie does know his
home repair.
