What! No place of honor next to the HMS Victory.

Seems no one cares. It was all a PR stunt anyway.

If the lad was any kind of a sailor, he would sail his boat home,
alone, without Daddy shadowing his every move.

14-year-old Michael Perham, who became the youngest person ever to sail
solo across the Atlantic Ocean earlier this month, may have to sell the
yacht he used. Tide 28 Cheeky Monkey sailed into English Harbour,
Antigua at 10am local time on 3 January. The Perhams returned to
England soon after, but, it emerged yesterday, they may not be able to
afford the £10,000 it would cost to bring the boat back to the country
as well.

Family spokesman Kizzi Nkwocha said, 'It has been a very sad ending to
an amazing adventure. The Perhams hoped to bring Cheeky Monkey back to
the UK as it is part of British history. But with the costs involved,
that's looking increasingly unlikely.

Why doesn't the kid sail it back? Oh, that's right, he
would need an escort...again.
