If you were at a club, unless it had a license to serve
liquor, it would
be illegal. Not because of the shooting, just that
consumption of
alcohol in a public place is generally illegal. On your
own property,
you'd be okay unless you were quite squiffed, in which
case you could be
charged with unsafe handling of a firearm, or worse
something like
criminal negligence or maybe possession of weapon
dangerous to the
public peace. Makes sense to me, being hammered and
messing with guns
seems pretty stupid to me.
