He has brought a House in Mahopac Valley. He said it OK to tell the
group ??

Anyway he claims 40 minutes to his boat.

Says he'll be back in the spring

It's true...they bought it just before Christmas and were in the throes
of getting ready to move over the holidays....

It's worse than you can imagine. He has a big newish lakefront house on 3
acres, a dock and boathouse. A Frank Lloyd Wright house is in plain view.
He plans to haul the stepping stone up to the lake. Toss in the 5 car
carraige house, Belgian Block driveway, greenhouse, built in pool and
topiary garden and he has done quite well.

I just don't know how he does it.
