I did. It was not worth the trouble to register.
I never register for news, since there are other
sources. I agree with Joe.

My apologies to anyone who experienced the problem, my intent was for the
news to be read, not the spam bomb. As for the name calling, it is ok with
me. I give Joe his share and he gives me my share. I harbor no ill will
toward Joe and would be the first to buy him a round. I'm sure he feels the
same toward me. It is only fair to cut Joe some slack since he spent his
entire Naval career aboard a floating ocean liner painted grey. It had a gun
in front in which the breech was rusted shut (it might have even been a
front loader!). Wouldn't anyone be a bit goofy spending 4 years shuttling
crates of lettuce between ships? It's too bad Joe missed out on some real
military action and I feel sorry for him. At least my bunk was within 30
feet of atomic weapons, we actually shot the big gun and went toe toe with
the Ruskies. Through purity of essence we did prevail.

Sure thing Gilly...Heehehehe. Had a powerboater friend stop by this
weekend, I just cracked the cork on a bottle of Plantation Rum, and he
was in a drinking mood (GF troubles) he kept shaking his empty glass,
and I felt obliged to keep up and keep pouring. Well when we had about
one inch of rum in the bottom of the bottle he started spewing like a
fire hydrant and covered the dock with chum.

You Sir do not have a clue what real military action is about. While
you humped a missle, I sailed with the fleets finest ladies.

Gilly's been working at the Ranger mine?

"In March 2004 workers at ERA’s Ranger mine in the Northern Territory
were accidentally poisoned with radioactive water, the extent of which
they only discovered after reading the
newspapers, not from their employers. Workers drank and bathed in the
radioactive water. A Commonwealth-appointed scientist Arthur Johnston
commented to media that ERA had
become complacent about radiation dangers at the Ranger mine and did not
provide enough protection for workers."

A bit I think, have to admit he was composed while projecting.

We always had a dozen or so missles aboard, we maintained & repaired
all the 5th fleets destroyers nukes.

Not according to Donald Rumsfield, he just sent me a letter of thanks
for winning the cold war.
With him quitting it's surely going to be worth mucho money on e-bay
soon.

I posted a link sometime ago, so you slackers could get one, but I
doubt you bothered.

You may still be able to get one too, if you can prove you served
faithfully and honorably during the cold war era, Sept. 2, 1945 to Dec.
26, 1991.

http://coldwar.army.mil/

You can get an inferior certificate, but it will not be autographed by
Rumsfield.
