My home town was the safest last year but we had a murder and so
dropped a few notches.

As for the "city" with the best sailing, how do you define "city"?
There are relatively few cities that have good sailing within the city
limits. Boston is one.

And how small can the city be? Does Annapolis count?

Have always contended that they should just bomb the east portion of
Michigan right off the map...
