If you don't have a tri-color on the masthead, then you appear to be lacking
some running lights.

CWM

The sidelights are clearly visible at the bow. And the masthead light
could be further up the mast. (I assume what shows there is the
fitting for the spinnaker pole.)

Well, the title is a dead giveaway: "Excaliber-furler"

Obviously it's an invisible furler and whoever can pull the jib out of
it gets to be the King. The thing that's missing is the
King-Arthur-of-the-Sea wannabe.

What do I win?

He's not missing, he's standing at the back of the boat

Really? a "masthead light" might be further up the mast? LIKE ON THE
MASTHEAD!

And what I said was that in lieu of running lights at the bow, the
boat might have a tri-color unit at the masthead (That's the top of
the mast for lubbers not familiar with the term)

Yes. That's the spin fitting. The bulb on the steaming light was out
actually. Fooled me because the foredeck light worked. But, I changed it
out, along with the anchor light which was about to die.
