ASA to Mature for Neal?

Neal,

I do believe that ASA has become to mature for you. It isn't that
creation that you and I and Nutsy and Larry started way back when.

It has grown. Nutsy and I have made adjustments. Larry, with a lot of
others have moved on. ASA has grown and Moved On also.

I'm sorry it isn't to your liking. It has survived you and I. It has
survived your and your lady friends attacks and the Flunkers you brought
into your attack on the group.

Leyland is still here; as is LP and on occasion YOU. You and your newest
"Sock Puppetes" are at it again. Time to grow up, Old Buddy. Adapt!

Thom, none of the people, including you created this group. The people who
were truly the first here are for the most part no longer contributing. I
remember that when I arrived, they were still active, but that soon ended
(coincidence only I'm sure :-). I recall you being here, and I believe Bob
and I started posting at about the same time. Neal showed up a bit later,
and then we started sparring, which lasted for years. Neal was definitely
post me, Bob, and you. Now, I've killfiled Neal and Bob, perhaps just to
make the reading a bit easier, but certainly because Neal is uninteresting
and mean-spirited and Bob is just too verbose and bragging all the time, and
deliberately abusive. Stating fact not trying to start something.

Heck, I was here before the Crapton stumbled in. I remember
his first post, arrogantly appointing himself "editor."

Remember Fishmeal?

It has grown. Nutsy and I have made adjustments. Larry, with a lot of

Yep, it's not the same old loony bin.

It's still a loony bin, but a different kind.

Why be sorry about it? Everything changes, and quite frankly
anything that isn't to Neal's liking is probably the better
for it.

Does it really matter?

Maybe this place really is the same old loony bin. But it
has been interesting to see people come in, look around, get
acquainted.... and then there's the regulars who drift away,
occasionally coming back for a vist.

Hey Thom,

tellitubbies and sponge bob square pants are now to mature for Capt.
Neal.

He's lost his touch.

I received a letter from him last week, post marked from Kansas.

Kinda sad.... it was mostly Pokeman stickers stuck to old marboro packs
with crayon scribbles, and a swatch of purple naugahide??????.

Oh well.

Jon,

Do you remember Larry, the grass cutter and the Mac owner that Nutsy
drove off (Can't Remember his name)

I'm not saying you weren't on the group or Katy or Haggy or Scotty. I
think Max was here and another Lake sailor and Neal wasn't here.

He did change the format of the group when he arrived though. He did add
humor to the group and broadened its scope. The rest of us were his
pattzies Jon I didn't mean to slight you but my 80 year old brain isn't
what it was

The other lake sailor was El Hunto...and it was Ed Gordon that left with
his Mac 26X...Larry stopped in last year once, I believe, to tell us he
was going on another cruise or something...Maxprop wasn't here at the
beginning..he came a couple years after me....

Oh c'mon, I thought Ed Gordon was funny. I wouldn't
necessarily want to sail with him, but his posts were always
entertaining.

Ulysses is a poster I miss, excellent technical knowledge
and a good sense of humor. Probably gone on to greener pastures.

El Hunto; I think he was a Drummer and has gone on Tour.

There also was the Guy that started the restoring the old House &

What ever happened to that hairy old geezer Neal? I heard he had some
nymphomaniac chasing after him and he fled the country. Then he tried
to pop a hemmorhoid like a big pimple, nearly bled to death and then
being eaten alive by fleas. Is that yellow barge of his still tied off
to the sewer lid? Did he temporarily sink it to get rid of the fleas?
Did he confuse the nympho's crab lice with fleas?
