Gilly,

You done GOOD! Let Nutsy be advised that there are many who can take the
role of an "ASSHOLE KICK_ME" any time it is necessary.

Nutsy has been replaced by a Mountain Climber, no less. Just proves that
anyone can don the Robe of ASSHOLE in this group. Even a "Sock Puppet"
can be a TROLL!

Thom, calm down. Why am I an asshole? The propeller discussion was
enlightening to many. Didn't you learn anything useful from it? That thread
covered many subjects and, as far as I can tell, no one was offended or
tried to offend anyone else. I think Robbie has you a bit wound up. Relax
Thom. What is it you are upset about? I can find some set of formulas for
load, wheel pitch, diameter, RPM, gear reduction, engine torque and RPM for
a given hull design if you like. Would that be helpful to you?

Gilly,

I'm sorry you think I'm upset; I'm not. I was paying you a compliment.
The Ass Hole bit is a status symbol worn by Nutsy. You step in and
filled his STATUS very, very well. DON"T SCREW IT UP NOW!!

If it wasn't just a (TROLL (USELESS PROPELLER) Then maybe I should ask
you to explain what makes a 2 blade folding Prop So useless as to be
replaced by a 4 bladed fixed Prop? Is there some reason other than
trolling you would increase your Drag enough to reduce your speed almost
or maybe even more than a whole Knot?

I thought it was a great Troll. Am I wrong?
I don't think so. I'll say no more. Carry on Silly Gilly.

Ol Thom/ the Beached Bum

Thanks Mark,

I am enjoying the "LINK" of music very much. Especially the 1957 page.

Thanks; "I'LL DRINK TO THAT!"

bushel and a peck of fuel

I recently downloaded Doris' version of "Bushel and a Peck" for a friend and
couldn't get the frigging song out of my head for weeks. My obsessive
compulsive disorder forced me to make a determination of just how much a
bushel and a peck might be. I figure 10 gallons is probably a close
estimate. I like to carry a bushel and a peck of fuel when I sail.

Does it fit into a wicker basket with a bit left over?
