Yes, but for a dock condo, the bigger the cockpit the
better. Rob made the right choice.

Cal 39 Small Cockpit
 

We owned a Cal 39, and it was a feature that the cockpit wasn't huge. The
one we owned had a tiller as well. I believe the new owner has taken her to
Tahiti.
