A Twin Keeler is slower than slow. Period.
If you can put up with that they aren't that bad.

Mich Orton has one. His second. His first one start leaking so badly on
his way to Calif when he left me here in Wash., that he had to head in
at Newport, Ore. He sold it and brought another.

He is a long distance, singlehanded sailor and speed doesn't mean that
much to him.

The way we sail; a few hours in the evening and a ocassional week-end, I
don't think I could take it.
