Off for a Sail...

Honestly...may be too hot out there, so I may do some cleaning inside
with the air conditioning on to avoid the horror. After that sending a
lady up the mast to fix our bent windex!

Scotty, go scrape the rust from your boat stands!!!

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

To hot here as well, but the 37.5 first I delivered this AM to
Galveston had a gen-set and AC's. We did not bother starting either.
3kt wind..motored all the way. Had to standby and wait for a LNG tanker
to clear the channel, had armed USCG excorts. This boat also had a
saildrive. About the same quality and handling as the C&C 121.

Pity you had to suffer through the doldrums at City Island.

What doldrums? There was a breeze, but too hot for my two year old. It
was just as hot where you were. We'll be sailing up the the other end
of the Sound in a week or so.

Yup, it rough on deck with all that heat to be sure. Everyone commented
on it. Still, I would have sailed, but we'll go tonight as the sun
sets.
