Four kids took a dinghy looking for some fun on one of the coldest
nights of the year.
The dinghy started to take on water and sink.
They made a quick call for help, but the water was very cold and they
died.
You made a mission of calling them criminals.

bottom until the water is warm enough to cause the bodies to bloat. I
think City island has a bloat day festival IIRC. The person who bags
the biggest body wins a Tribeca and a Bass boat.

Please explain everything you know about what the term "potters field" means.
A place for the burial of unknown or indigent persons, a place to dump

cite that they either owned the boat or had permission to "take" the
boat. I sure can't find one.
