You're just learning this now? This was news months ago when GM dropped
their market share. Subie fans have been thrilled because Toyota and
Subaru are two of the best builders around. This means Toyota will gain
access to Subaru AWD patents on rebadged cars and trucks and Subaru
will get more refined engines from Toyota. It's a fantastic merger and
a huge blow to GM, who failed to do anything with Subaru.


Oh, and the Toyota Sienna is now the 4th most popular van behind
Chrysler, Kia and Honda. Sorry!
