We are a authorized dealer and service center for Nissan, Yamaha, Volvo
and just about everything else. Motors have all paperwork.

You must honor dealer list prices. Does the factory rep know what you are
doing?

Antitust violation to require it. Of course you know that, right?

Yes, I know that. It's true for interstate commerce only, and the specific
law may be the Clayton Antitrust Act.
Try and sell some products below MSRP and see how available they become
from the manufacturer.

If it's a floor model or demo and there is no box you can sell it for
whatever you want, even below cost. You people have no clue.

One motor sold! The other will be gone fast. 500 bucks off is a great
deal on a new 9.8 4 stroke. If it wasn't the long shaft I'd keep it.

Thanks for supporting what I said. If it is NIB you can't sell it for
whatever you want.
