Scoundrel or drunk?

Just a what if kinda question.

What if .....you are shooting the breeze and tossing back gin with
sailors on the dock and one's so messed up that he says something
like....

I caught my wife with another man over 20 yrs ago and killed them both
and made hamburger meat out of the both of them, and claimed he owned a
meat market? Then he has that oh fu*k look in his eye's like he should
not have said that...

What would you do?

Joe

Well it did not hapopen to me, it happened to another person here. He
just wants to shove off and head to the sea of cortez asap. He thinks
the guy was dead serious, but figures after 20+ yrs not much can be
done to prove anything, besides the guy might have just been talking
****. But if true the guys on par with Daumer IMO, grinding them into
hamburger meat puts him in the serious wacko class.

Correct.

But if true the evidence is long gone.
I think he is going to do some research to try to determine if it could
be true.

At first I laughed it off as BS, but after thinking it over for a few
days told the guy that told me, that if that person was serious then he
needs to do something.

Again.... it could all be total bull**** .......and I'm hearing it
second hand. Just seems like a FN stupid thing to say, unless you're
just messing with someone's head (and thats an option too) He could
have been caught back then (if true)and did time...thats an option too.

If I heard anything like that first hand and thought the person had a
bit of credibility, I'd have to do something about it.

Marinas are full of scoundrels and trash. Thats why we bought a Mariner
12 guage. Its not for the pirates its for the other boat owners. Just
in case. The stories I could tell top the list in the marina we keep
our boat in.

No its a marina in Florida. I am sometimes annoyed walking down one of
the docks at night. Mostly because of the drunket cat calls. No reason
to shoot anyone but still....if only those rednecks would get out.
Seems like alot of Florida marinas are full floating trailer trash.

Find a better class of people to drink with.....

Beth July 14th 06 05:46 PM

WE keep our boat at a marina called Waterline. It's in Melbourne FL.
There IS no better class of people in this particular marina. Even the
owner qualifies as what I said earlier in my opinion. Funny thing is
Kaysails is we socialize in a neighboring marina, just keep our boat in
Waterline.

My reply was really top Joe....he is notorious for relating tales of strange
and perverse people he encounters at his marina. When you've been here a
wwhile, you;ll see what I mean. I know some folks that live in Melbourne
(still keep their boat in Michigan, though)...They really like i there but
they live in a gaited community.

So, what you are saying is that they keep all the handicapped people who
hobble around in one community? That's pretty strange! :-)

You have this knowledge because you were one of them when you broke your leg
skiing?

You guys watch too much crime TV. I witnessed a crime, went to the
local police station looking for someone to report it to. Couldn't find
a soul. The best I could find was an auto accident form.

If you want to report it, you'll have to call 911 and report a 20 year
old murder. The operator will be rolling her eyes.

We actually moved out of that marina quite awhile ago. Sold the boat!!
But now we are scanning Boat Trader for another one!! It never
ends.......friends talked us into buying another boat. LOL.
We live in Melbourne too. Great town all in all.
