Of course, there are some folks standing by in rubber boats
to keep anyone in the crowd from smashing onto the rocks
*too* hard...

No doubt, looks like the bunch is losing steerage as the lighthouse
blocks the wind, and you can bet lots of gel-coat chips got deep sixed.

Pretty, though...we did a spinnaker start on the J boat I crewed on a
couple of times last year...was fraught with peril and despair....but
wasn't nearly as pretty....
